The Process

The following is the process for contracting me to complete your project. This process allows for a streamlined communication, project development and completion.

  • Step 1: Initial Contact
    If you are looking for an experienced designer, programmer, and/or web consultant please do contact me using the form on the right side of this and every page.
  • Step 2: Project Analysis
    I will contact you at your discretion, either by phone (US calls only), email or instant messengers. We will discuss in great detail your project requirements, deadlines, and your budget.
  • Step 3: Initial Proposal with Quote
    After reviewing your project requirements, I will send you via email a formal proposal with a quote for the entire project. If you accept the proposal, you will be provided with a link to a web page that will allow you to officially contract me to complete your project. Quotes can be provided either at a flat rate (your reasonable budget), or by hourly rate (very reasonable!). I will beat any reasonable United States based quote provided by any other web design or programmer or firm!
  • Step 4: Project Development
    During this phase, I will code your project based on the detailed specifications provided in the initial proposal. If you have chosen to contract on an hourly rate, I will send you daily report showing my time sheet with description of the work completed on your project for the day.
  • Step 5: Project Review
    We will meet once again to discuss the completed project. You will be provided with a link for you to review the work completed.
  • Step 6: Project Changes from Review Meeting
    I will perform the necessary changes to meet your satisfaction, (provided that the changes do not require additional work not specified in the agreement. The best way to prevent any major changes needing to be done is to communicate to me exactly what your project entails. Providing me with screenshots, and/or live examples is extremely helpful.
  • Step 7: Client Approval, Payment & Project Launch
    Upon approval of the completed work, I will send you an invoice via PayPal to be paid. Upon payment, either I will release the code to you by installing it on your servers, or if you prefer, I can simply email you the finished work. It is completely up to you!
